刘佳源，副教授，硕士生导师。英国华威大学管理学博士，获得2019江苏省双创人才。研究领域包括社会网络、知识管理、科技成果转化与企业创新。主持2019江苏省自然科学基金青年项目、2020江苏高校哲学社会科学研究一般项目、2020南京市留学人员科技创新项目择优资助项目、2023中国博士后科学基金面上项目、2023江苏省社科精品工程一般项目。任现职以来，以独立一作或独立通讯发表SSCI/SCI 8篇（其中：中科院一区1篇，影响因子为14.682；JCR一区5篇，累计影响因子超过55），CSSCI来源期刊1篇，北大核心1篇；出版英文专著1部；发表教改论文1篇；发表国际会议论文5篇, 其中2篇分别获得第11届IADIS国际信息系统大会最佳论文奖以及第24届北美信息系统大会最佳论文奖。个人四篇代表作如下：
