主要研究方向为运用计算机辅助药物设计、化学生物学、药物化学等多学科交叉技术，针对肿瘤免疫及炎症免疫开展创新药物研发工作。在学科权威杂志J. Med. Chem.，Cell.Chem.Biol.等发表论文多篇。主持了国家自然科学基金面上项目3项，青年基金项目一项，江苏省自然科学基金青年基金和面上项目。荣获第二十二届中国药学会-施维雅青年药物化学奖，江苏省“青蓝工程”优秀青年骨干教师。
